Exhibitions Bureau (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned entity, established in 2012. The call from the incumbent government for active responsible citizenry to dent the prevailing socioeconomic challenges and prevalent inequalities was the catalyst in establishing Exhibitions Bureau (Pty) Ltd. Skill transfer, empowerment and the production of individuals with strong entrepreneurial temperament are core values entrenched in the strategic development of Exhibitions Bureau (Pty) Ltd.
Our Project Methodology
At Exhibition Bureau, we have a set of principles and practices that guide the organisation of the Projects that we undertake, which ensures optimum performance.
We have a framework that helps manage our Projects in the best way possible, whereby we map Project Management methodology to the team type, project, organisation and goals.
This is especially helpful to Projects running concurrently, with the knowledge and expertise to advise on improvements that may contribute to the success of the Project from start to finish.
